1. General Terms of Sale
By placing an order with Mujtaba Fragrances, you enter into a binding agreement governed by the regulations of high luxury trade and retail laws of Pakistan. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by our atelier in Karachi.
2. Pricing & Artisanal Authenticity
All prices listed on our digital atelier are in PKR / USD and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Each bottle is an authentic creation crafted with pure essential accords and precious botanical absolutes. We reserve the right to correct any inadvertent pricing errors prior to dispatch.
3. Shipping, Delivery & Signature Packaging
Every shipment is packed in our signature velvet luxury gift box with cushioned seal protection. Orders within Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are delivered via express white-glove courier within 2–4 business days. International deliveries are handled via premium air carriers with trackable concierge updates.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Olfactory Integrity
Due to the intimate nature of fine perfumes, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the bottle seal remains intact and original velvet packaging is undamaged. Discovery set sample vials included with full-size orders allow you to experience the fragrance risk-free before opening the master flacon.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The trademarks, logos, visual photography, custom glass bottle silhouettes, and fragrance titles of Mujtaba Fragrances are the exclusive intellectual property of Mujtaba Fragrances. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
